Appointment Scheduling
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Please contact us via phone, email, or our online booking system to secure your desired date and time. Same-day appointments may be available but are not guaranteed. Please call for availability. After hours appointments will incur an additional fee of $25.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a fee of $25.
Courier Services
Apostille courier services include delivering documents to the Secretary of State in Austin, Texas. Services are available Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM. Please contact us with details on how your documents will be received. If mailing the documents, an address will be provided, and a tracking number is required. Documents can also be emailed and printed for courier services. The service includes the first set of documents; additional Apostille documents are $95 per document.
Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours' notice. Please contact us to arrange a new appointment time.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit/debit card, Venmo or PayPal. Travel fees for mobile notary services are due at the time of appointment confirmation.
Identification Requirements
All clients must provide valid identification for notary services. Acceptable forms of identification include valid driver's license, state ID card, passport, US military ID,
Service Locations
Mobile Notary Services can be provided at your location or a location of your choice. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside of 10-mile radius.
Online Services
We offer remote online notarization services for clients who prefer the convenience of virtual appointments. To use this service, you must:
- Have a reliable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone.
- Provide valid identification during the online session.
- Online appointments must be scheduled in advance, and clients will receive a secure link to join the session.
- Documents must be emailed in advance, prior to the scheduled appointment time, to docs@signaturenotarysolutions.net.
